I'm going to attempt sorting through my footage... and filtering out what I dont need... maybe even editing slightly... of course with the aid of illegal download... I'll probably be better off doing it in school... =/

The more you get done before the beginning of next week, the better. I don't understand why you've had the problems you had transferring footage. If you still have issues, speak to a technician on Monday (I won't be in, unfortunately) or bring your drive in on Tuesday and I'll take a look.
